- Proteomics: Quantitative Proteomics (DIA, Blood DIA, Low-Input DIA, DDA); PTMs: Phosphoproteomics, Ubiquitin Proteomics, Acetyl Proteomics.
- Metabolomics: Global Profiling (Untargeted & Widely Targeted); targeted panels (bile acids, amino acids, energy metabolism, tryptophan metabolism, phytohormones, carotenoids).
- Lipidomics: Quantitative Lipidomics (absolute/relative per method).
Deliverables: Standard outputs for the chosen product: raw data (except Widely Targeted Metabolomics), processed data, QC summary, and a results report with figures.
Path to Full Project: If you skip the trial and submit > 2 samples directly to a full project, the invoice will be reduced by the equivalent of two samples for the same product.
